If you have an hour and a half, I recommend the embedded video below. Gary Taubes has been working hard to expose the fraudulent claims of nutritionists. He makes a damning case. Indeed the macroeconomic establishment doesn’t look so bad next to their counterparts in the nutrition world.

The emerging ‘paleo eating’ has much to say. I’ve benefited a good deal from replacing wheat and sugar with grass fed animal products.
